Renee Reichl Luthra

Dr. Renee Reichl Luthra is a Senior Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Essex, Director of the Essex Centre of Migration Studies, and Assistant Director of the ESRC Research Centre on Micro-Social Change. Her visiting position at WZB Berlin focuses on skill formation and labor markets.

Research addresses migration patterns, social capital in labor integration, and policy impacts on immigrant communities. Current projects examine post-migration skill utilization and anti-fragility in diverse labor markets.
