Renee Petkovski

Ms. Petkovski earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Western Michigan University, where she developed her teaching and choreography skills. Her professional journey began immediately after graduation with the Broadway-style musical "Katonga" at Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida, where she rapidly advanced to dance captain while handling casting and quality control.

Her expertise spans contemporary dance, theatrical choreography, and commercial performance. She brings extensive industry experience to her teaching, having performed in major television productions including ABC's "How To Get Away With Murder" and ABC Family's "Bunheads," alongside artists like Shakira and Paula Abdul at high-profile events such as the Latin Billboard Awards and Latin Grammy's.

Ms. Petkovski maintains an active professional profile as a dancer, choreographer, and model signed with elite Los Angeles agencies. Her commercial work includes major campaigns for Heineken, Sketchers, and L'OREAL Matrix, plus performances for professional sports teams including the Los Angeles Clippers, LA Sparks, and Utah Jazz.

She actively travels nationwide conducting workshops for aspiring dancers, emphasizing her philosophy that "with the right attitude and work ethic you can accomplish anything." Her early career included a People magazine print ad at age 11, establishing her lifelong dedication to performance arts.
