Remigiusz Smolinski

Prof. Dr. Remigiusz Smolinski is Professor of Negotiation and Innovation Management at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, where he founded the Center for International Negotiation. He directs The Negotiation Challenge, an international competition hosted annually at global business schools.

His research develops frameworks for negotiation competency and entrepreneurial funding strategies. Key contributions include the Negotiation Competency Model for assessing negotiation mastery, and empirical analyses of venture capital funding negotiations with experienced entrepreneurs. His work bridges negotiation theory, behavioral economics, and innovation management.

Dr. Smolinski established negotiation pedagogy innovations through international competitions, executive training programs, and interdisciplinary research collaborations. He leads executive education programs focused on negotiation mastery for entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.
