Rebecca Duston

Rebecca Duston is a Graduate Tutor at Northumbria University's Newcastle Business School, where she focuses on Business Management education and Social Entrepreneurship research. Previously, she held roles as HE Programme Leader for Business Management, Hospitality Commercial Development Manager, and Lecturer in Hospitality at another educational institution for 8 years. Her PhD research examines the motivations behind Social Entrepreneurs and the evolving role of Social Enterprises.

Her research interests span the intersection of academic-industry collaboration, experiential learning methodologies in HR, and the application of cybernetic theories to organizational dynamics. She has published works on business clinics, social enterprise frameworks, and experiential HR training models.
