Rebecca Baughman, PhD, is a Lecturer in the School of Aviation at Auburn University. A former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot with 99 combat missions, she specializes in aviation education, adult learning, and military-to-civilian transition programs. Her roles include coaching the War Eagle Flying Team (WEFT) and advising student organizations like Women’s Ninety-Nines and the National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA).
