Dr. Raveen Pal is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiology at Queen's University School of Medicine, cross-appointed to the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. She specializes in advanced cardiac imaging including 3D echocardiography and cardiac CT, with a clinical focus on women's health, cardio-oncology, and valvular heart disease.
Pal completed her MD at the University of Toronto, internal medicine residency at the University of Ottawa, and cardiology residency at the University of Alberta. She received specialized training in cardiac CT at UCLA and echocardiography at UCSF, and holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard University. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in Canada and the US, with Level 3 certifications in both echocardiography and cardiac CT.
As Chair of the Queen's Cardiovascular Conference, she oversees the largest CME program in cardiovascular care for the SE LHIN region. Her research develops 3D imaging applications for optimizing patient care, particularly in underrepresented populations.
