Rashedul Hasan

Rashedul Hasan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics, Finance and Accounting at Coventry University. He holds a PhD in Accounting from the International Islamic University of Malaysia and is a CIMA member (ACMA, CGMA). Previously, he served as Senior Lecturer and Head of Accounting Programme at INTI International University, Malaysia.

His research explores Corporate Governance, Islamic Banking, Sustainability, and Financial Inclusion. Recent publications show a strong focus on fintech, sustainable finance, and banking performance in emerging economies. He serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Economic Cooperation and Development and is on the Editorial Advisory board of the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management.

His research has been published in ABS, ABDC, and SCOPUS-indexed journals. Current projects examine digital financial literacy for women entrepreneurs and Islamic crowdfunding models.
