Randy Hendricks

Dr. Randy Hendricks is a Professor in the College of Education at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. With 27 years of experience in Texas public schools, he has held diverse roles including science teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent across multiple districts. He also served as a school finance specialist at Education Service Center Region 12 and as an Assistant Professor at Lenoir-Rhyne University prior to joining UMHB in 2013.

• Education: Ed.D. and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership/Administration from Tarleton State University, B.S. from University of Mary Hardin-Baylor

His research focuses on school leadership, accountability frameworks, and school finance systems. Hendricks brings extensive practical expertise in educational administration and policy implementation to his academic work.
