Randy Grabowski

Randy Grabowski is a Professor of Trumpet at the University of Northern Iowa's School of Music, where he combines teaching, performing, and learning to inspire new generations of musicians. He actively collaborates in chamber music projects and serves as principal trumpet of the wcfsymphony.

Grabowski's performance career spans venues across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and South America. Notable highlights include appearances at the Britt Festival (Oregon) and Spoleto Festival (Italy), as well as collaborations with legendary artists like Frank Sinatra, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, and the Chestnut Brass Company.

A former Lake Tahoe/Reno showroom performer, he advocates for diverse musical styles and maintains personal interests in gardening, walking, cooking, and reading.
