Randall L. Johnson

Randall L. Johnson is an Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) College of Nursing, where he teaches pediatric nursing. With over 30 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, critical care, and trauma nursing at institutions like Texas Children’s Hospital and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, he focuses on leadership, staff education, and family-centered care.

• Education: PhD in Nursing (University of Central Florida), MSN in Pediatric Critical Care (University of Pennsylvania), BSN (Cedarville University), Associate Degree in Science (University of Wisconsin, Barron County)
