Randall Adkins

Randall Adkins, Ph.D., serves as Professor of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Nebraska Omaha, while also holding the administrative role of Senior Associate Dean for the Humanities, Social Sciences, and Graduate Education. His expertise spans political campaigns and elections, congressional and presidential dynamics, and state/local politics.

His research, published in journals like American Politics Research and Presidential Studies Quarterly, focuses on electoral systems and political strategy. He has authored books analyzing political parties and campaign mechanics, with commentary frequently appearing in national and local media outlets.
