Matt Allen, Ph.D., is a faculty expert at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and serves as Director of Operations and Research Services for the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Education and Technology (NCITE) Center. With over 15 years of experience in industrial and organizational psychology, he applies social and behavioral science to address strategic human-capital and program-evaluation challenges.
Research Interests
Allen’s scholarship spans several interrelated domains: industrial/organizational psychology, cybersecurity, insider-threat mitigation, leadership development, and rigorous program evaluation. His work emphasizes workforce development, high-stakes assessment design and validation, talent management within cybersecurity and personnel-security contexts, job analysis, and competency modeling.
