Rand Gerges-Yammine

Rand Gerges-Yammine is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School's Paris campus. She holds an honorary role as Research Fellow at Imperial College Business School's Innovation & Entrepreneurship group. Her research focuses on interfirm collaboration, tech entrepreneurship networking, and entrepreneurial resilience during crises. She has conducted EU-funded research on 'Networking for Innovation' and participated in Stanford University's Design Thinking program.

Education: PhD in Management from EMLYON Business School, supported by grants including NSF and Allyage Foundation funding. Honors include the Academy of Management's Best Reviewer Award.

Professional activities include consulting for tech and creative startups in Silicon Valley, London, and Paris, alongside convening Design Thinking workshops. She has also been affiliated with Stanford's SCANCOR and contributed to high-impact entrepreneurship research.
