Mirchele Messina is a Visiting Lecturer at ISM and CEO of Explora International LLC, an advisory and training firm. She is a serial entrepreneur, bestselling author of Decoding Silicon Valley: The Insider's Guide, and board member at Startup Chile. Specializing in entrepreneurship education and corporate innovation, she teaches courses including Entrepreneurship Courses, Continuous Business Development Project I (MNG251), and Continuous Business Development Project II (MNG257).

Her expertise spans strategic sales, marketing, and business development for tech startups and growth-stage companies across sectors like hardware, mobile apps, e-commerce, and robotics.
