Rajini Srikanth

Rajini Srikanth serves as Dean of Faculty at the University of Massachusetts Boston's Provost's Office & Vice Chancellor Academic Affairs. She holds a PhD from the State University of New York at Buffalo and specializes in interdisciplinary literary studies with a focus on human rights, race, and transnational narratives.

Her research explores:

• The intersection of literature with human rights frameworks
• Comparative racialization in Asian American, Native American, and Middle Eastern literatures
• Pedagogical approaches to teaching culturally complex texts
