Rajashi Ghosh

Rajashi Ghosh is an Associate Professor in the Adult Learning & Leadership (ALL) program within the Department of Organization & Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University. She previously held leadership roles at Drexel University, including Department Chair and Provost Fellow. Her research focuses on developmental relationships, workplace learning, and inclusive leadership, emphasizing mentorship's role in overcoming workplace challenges like incivility.
