Raginee Baruah

Raginee Baruah serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the Utrecht University School of Economics (Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance), Utrecht University. Previously, she held an Assistant Professor position at EDHEC Business School in Lille.

Her academic background includes:

Prior to academia, she worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Her research examines management control systems as inter-dependent frameworks for workforce motivation, executive compensation addressing non-traditional control problems, and strategic decision-making in sustainable investments. She teaches Financial Management and Financial Statement Analysis at the master's level, and Management Accounting and Corporate Decision-making at the bachelor's level.
