Rafiq Dossani

Rafiq Dossani is a Senior Economist and Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. His work focuses on Asian development and security, trade, and technology, with recent projects addressing middle powers in the Asia Pacific, U.S.-India relations, China's AI exports, and Track II diplomacy between the U.S. and China. Previously, he directed Stanford University's Center for South Asia and served as a senior research scholar at Stanford's Institute for International Studies.
