Raffaello Balocco

Raffaello Balocco is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Engineering, Politecnico di Milano, and Director of the Full-Time MBA at Polimi GSOM since 2014. He holds leadership roles in academic programs, including the ICT Executive MBA and the MIP Executive MBA (Rome program). As co-founder and member of the Scientific Committee of the ‘Digital Innovation Observatories’ research group, his work focuses on digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic management of digital technologies in SMEs.

Research Interests: His research explores digital innovation strategies, digital governance, and the impact of technology on business models and markets, particularly in SMEs. Key themes include digital transformation, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and the interplay between strategic innovation and business model design.
