Rafael Art. Javier is a Professor of Psychology and Director of Post-Graduate Professional Development Programs at St. John’s University. He founded the Center for Psychological Services and Clinical Studies and co-founded the Center of Latin American and Caribbean Studies. He holds a Ph.D. from NYU and a postdoctoral certificate in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis.
