Rafał Rzadkiewicz, M.A., is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Interior Design and Scenography, University of Arts in Poznań (UAP). He currently teaches full-time in the 2nd Exhibition Design Studio under Dr. Piotr Barłog and previously led the 1st Exhibition Design Studio for part-time students from 2019–2023. His academic career at UAP began in 2016 as a trainee assistant, progressing to assistant roles under Prof. Eugeniusz Matejko. Outside academia, he works as a senior designer at H2 Messebau, an international exhibition company.
