Radovan Vlatkovic

Radovan Vlatkovic is Professor of Horn at Mozarteum University's Department of Brass, Wind & Percussion Studies. Former principal horn of the Radio Symphony Orchestra Berlin (1982-1990), his solo career spans performances with major orchestras including BBC Symphony London and NHK Symphony Tokyo. Recordings include complete Mozart and Strauss horn concertos (EMI Classics).

Research focuses on expanding horn repertoire from Baroque to contemporary works. Performance philosophy emphasizes technical mastery and expressive interpretation across musical eras.
