Dr. Radha Mookerjee is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Purdue University (1993), an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (1988), and a B.S. in Mathematics from Pune University (1981). Her research focuses on IT Security, Software Maintenance, and Distributed Computing Technologies, with notable contributions to cybersecurity modeling, enterprise software management, and user-driven support systems.
Her recent work explores adversarial attack dynamics in cybersecurity, optimization of digital advertising strategies, and leveraging philanthropic behavior in online forums. She has received the Best Paper Award at the 2005 Workshop on Information Technology and Systems for her research on diagnostic knowledge systems. Dr. Mookerjee has held leadership roles including Director at the University of Washington (2000–2001) and Advanced Computing Technologist/IS Architect at Boeing (1996–1999).
In collaboration with her husband Dr. Vijay Mookerjee and others, her 2014 study on customer support forums was recognized for advancing strategies to enhance user engagement through expert intervention timing.
