Rachel Wooldridge, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the Division of Surgical Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She serves as co-director of Cancer Genetics at the Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Wooldridge specializes in breast cancer surgery and holds certifications from the American Board of Surgery. Her clinical research focuses on high-risk breast cancer, surgical options post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and MRI's role in breast cancer diagnosis.
Education: MD from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine; General Surgery Residency at Bassett Medical Center (Cooperstown, NY); Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship at UT Southwestern.
Professional Affiliations: American College of Surgeons, Association of Women Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology, American Society of Breast Surgeons, and American Medical Association.
