Rachel Roberts Ogden serves as Dean of the School of Pharmacy and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). She concurrently holds roles as ambulatory care pharmacist at the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging and Director of the PGY2 Pharmacy Geriatric Residency Program.

Dr. Ogden specializes in geriatric pharmacy and long-term care systems, with research interests spanning pharmacotherapeutics, ambulatory care models, and culture change implementation in elder care environments as a Certified Eden Associate. Her teaching portfolio encompasses the Effective Communications in Pharmacy Practice course, Geriatric and Management Electives, and Pharmacotherapeutics Series lectures.
Prior to LECOM, she served as Director of Pharmacy at Grove City Medical Center (Pennsylvania) and Executive Director of Full Circle Solutions, providing consulting services to over 20 nursing/assisted living facilities across Western Pennsylvania.
