Stephanie Zahn, Pharm.D., BCACP, is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Administration at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), where she joined in 2018. She holds a Pharm.D. from Butler University and completed PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residencies at St. Vincent Healthcare facilities in Indiana. Dr. Zahn is board-certified in ambulatory care and has established ambulatory care clinical services at First Choice Health Centers, focusing on chronic disease management and collaboration with primary care providers.
Her research interests emphasize medication safety, geriatrics, and healthcare for vulnerable populations. She actively participates in professional organizations such as the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), and Connecticut Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CSHSP).
