Rachel Paskell is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of Bath, affiliated with the Addiction and Mental Health Group (AIM). She holds dual roles as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist in the Royal United Hospitals Bath ICU and an academic researcher. Her expertise spans PTSD, moral injury, military and healthcare-related trauma, and trauma-informed pedagogy in higher education.
