Rachel Evans is a Lecturer at The University of Texas at Tyler's Intensive English Language Institute (IELI), where she teaches ESL and coordinates web communications, marketing, recruitment, and passport services. She holds a B.A. in TESOL from Howard Payne University (2008) and has international experience living and teaching in China, Singapore, Thailand, France, and Germany.
