Rachel Craft serves as Faculty Fellow for Teaching Innovation and Associate Teaching Professor of Sociology at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, affiliated with the Center for Teaching and Learning and Department of Sociology.
Her research centers on advancing teaching methodologies in higher education, with emphasis on sociological education, innovative curriculum design, and evidence-based pedagogical practices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Through the Center for Teaching and Learning, she actively supports faculty development initiatives including syllabus design, technology integration, and assessment strategies across UMSL's academic programs.
