Rachael Cresci

Rachael Cresci is a Lecturer at San José State University's School of Social Work. She holds a Master of Social Work from SJSU and a Doctorate in Integrated Behavioral Health from Arizona State University (2013). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California, 2005) and certified Crisis Prevention Institute Master's Level Instructor.

With over 16 years of experience, her expertise spans psychiatric emergency services, medical social work, and behavioral health program development. She has contributed to establishing pediatric and primary care behavioral health programs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Dr. Cresci has supervised more than 15 social workers through licensure processes and exam preparation. She maintains active research in clinical supervision methodologies and integrated care models.
