Dr. Qingye Lu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Calgary. Her research focuses on bioadhesion, colloid and interfacial chemistry, nanomaterials, and their applications in environmental and energy systems. She holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Alberta and has postdoctoral training in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Chemical and Materials Engineering. She leads the Laboratory of Interfacial Science and Advanced Materials (LISAM), developing advanced materials for sustainability, energy, and environmental challenges.
