Pranav Gupta

Pranav Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), with a dual affiliation in the Department of Psychology (College of Liberal Arts & Sciences). He holds a PhD and MS from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, an MA from Cornell University, and a BTech from Veermata Jeejabai Technological Institute. His research focuses on Collective Intelligence, exploring how technology enhances adaptive human collaboration in complex socio-technical systems. Key areas include collective memory, human-AI collaboration, and diagnostics for team effectiveness.
