Pi-Chi Chen

Dr. Pi-Chi Chen is a Senior Lecturer in International Business at the Faculty of Business and Law, Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), Cambridge. Previously, she served as a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader of MBA International Business at the University of Greenwich Business School and as a Sessional Lecturer/Research Associate at Birkbeck College, University of London. Her expertise spans international business strategy, multinational corporations in emerging countries, digitalization, and business education.

Her publications include studies on US firms in Taiwan’s IT sector, Chinese MNEs in India, and WeChat’s ethical challenges.

Recent work highlights digitalization trends in Chinese business and strategic diversity in MNC networks. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and holds the CMBE accreditation. Dr. Chen supervises PhD students and leads postgraduate modules in business strategy.
