Dr. Phoebe Galbally is a Lecturer at the UWA Law School, specializing in media law, comparative constitutional law, and digital freedom of expression regulation. She co-convenes the WA Chapter of the Australian Association of Constitutional Law (AACL) and the UWA Law School ECR Network. Her research focuses on social media governance, human rights in digital contexts, and legal frameworks for democratic integrity.
Dr. Galbally holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne (2024) titled 'Regulating Democratically Harmful Social Media Communication,' an LL.M (2016), and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (2015).
