Philippe Bouchard

Philippe Bouchard is a Professor at the UFR of Biology, Université Clermont Auvergne, affiliated with the Laboratoire Microorganismes: Génome et Environnement (LMGE). His research bridges fundamental and applied biology, focusing on cell shape as a marker of identity and toxicity in protists.

Teaching and Outreach: He contributes to the Master in Packaging Engineering at ESEPAC, integrating environmental safety and material science. His interdisciplinary collaborations include the GDRE Paramecium Genomics and EcoToxicoMic network, funded by CPER/FEDER.
