Philipp Weinkogl is a Lecturer at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® since 2018, specializing in Legal Studies and Academic Skills. He holds a Mag. iur. from Johannes Kepler University Linz (2017–present) and advanced degrees from Management Center Innsbruck (MA in Strategic Management & Law, 2015–2017; BA in Management & Law, 2012–2015). His research focuses on EU Law, disability rights, taxation, and social policy, with notable publications in Journal of Comparative Social Work and Neue Juristische Online-Zeitschrift.
Research interests include cross-border legal frameworks, horizontal effect of EU social rights, and inclusive participation policies. He advised two bachelor’s theses on international tax law and family business valuation. His 2019 award recognized contributions to European studies.
