Dr. Philip Boobbyer is a Reader and Director of Postgraduate Admissions in the School of History at the University of Kent. He holds a BA in Modern Languages from Trinity College Cambridge, an MA in Russian Studies from Georgetown University, and a PhD in Government from the London School of Economics. After temporary positions at the University of Westminster and LSE, he joined Kent in 1995.
