Peyton Hall, FAIA, is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California (USC) School of Architecture and a nationally recognized expert in heritage conservation. He has been teaching in the USC Heritage Conservation Program since 2001, focusing on courses like Conservation Methods and Materials. As Principal Architect Emeritus of Historic Resources Group, he has led the conservation of iconic landmarks such as the Gamble House, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, and Angels Flight. His work emphasizes preservation planning, historic materials conservation, and construction management for historic structures.

Research interests include the integration of preservation with modern technology, adaptive reuse of historic buildings, and conservation strategies for theaters, sports facilities, and museums.
