Petya PUNCHEVA

Dr. Petya PUNCHEVA is a Full Professor in the Management and Organisation Academic Area at Rennes School of Business (France). She holds a PhD in International Business from Griffith University (Australia) and has extensive experience in academia spanning over two decades. Her research focuses on sustainable development, AI-driven business models, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and corporate reputation. She has served as Academic Director of the Rethinking Tomorrow’s Organisation research center since 2023 and previously led the MSc in Sustainable Management and Eco-Innovation program (2014–2023).

Her professional journey includes roles at Swinburne University of Technology (Australia) and contributions to international initiatives such as the COST Action PEERE committee.
