Peter Hart

Peter Hart is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at Roosevelt University's College of Science, Health and Pharmacy, with a focus on translational pharmacology and tumor microenvironment research. He maintains collaborations across institutions including the University of Illinois at Chicago, Northwestern University, and the University of Chicago.

His research investigates cell-cell signaling in cancer microenvironments, emphasizing metabolic constraints in stromal reprogramming and ovarian cancer metastasis. He utilizes 2D and 3D organotypic models to study interactions between epithelial cancer cells and stromal components like mesothelial cells, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells.
