Pete Rydberg

Pete Rydberg is an Associate Professor of Performing Arts and Chair of the Department of Music and Theatre at Thiel College, where he has taught since 2013. He became department chair in 2017 and has directed 17 theatrical productions. His expertise includes theater history, improvisation, acting, and musical theater performance, with a specialization in theater for young audiences.

Rydberg serves as academic advisor for Alpha Psi Omega (theater fraternity) and has led study abroad programs to Greece (2019), Australia, and New Zealand (2018). He holds combat certification from the Society of American Fight Directors (unarmed, rapier/dagger, broadsword).
