Paul W Chan is a Professor of Design and Construction Management at TU Delft's Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment since 2019. Previously, he led the Management of Projects Research Group at the University of Manchester. His expertise spans organizational change, construction productivity, and digital transformation in built environments. He holds a PhD from Heriot-Watt University and has authored over 80 peer-reviewed articles.
