Paul R. Tremblay is a Clinical Professor and the Dean’s Distinguished Scholar at Boston College Law School, where he has been a faculty member since 1982. He served as Associate Dean for Experiential Learning from 2012 to 2015, founded the Community Enterprise Clinic in 2008 (directed until 2024), and will lead the Dublin Semester in Practice Program in Spring 2025. He holds significant roles including membership on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court’s Standing Committee on Professional Conduct and former co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Ethics Committee (1993-2020).

Professor Tremblay founded and directed the Community Enterprise Clinic within Boston College’s Center for Experiential Learning until 2024, building a legacy of community-focused legal teams serving economic development in marginalized neighborhoods while training students in transactional lawyering.
