Eric Gouvin is a Professor of Law at the Western New England University School of Law, where he has been a faculty member since 1991 and has also served as Dean of the School of Law from 2013 to 2018. He founded the Small Business Clinic and the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration with the College of Business. His scholarly work focuses on corporate law, entrepreneurship law, and international/comparative legal issues, with publications including the treatise Blumberg on Corporate Groups. He has taught comparative corporate law as a Visiting Professor at institutions in France, Lithuania, and China.
