Paul MacDougall

Paul MacDougall is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Health Sciences at Cape Breton University (CBU). He holds a BSc (Honours) in Biology from Acadia University, a BA from CBU, a BEd from Dalhousie University, and an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of London/Imperial College. He is a Registered Microbiologist with the Canadian College of Microbiologists and a certified Medical Laboratory Technologist in Microbiology with the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Scientists.

His expertise spans public health, microbiology, and environmental management, reflecting his diverse academic and professional background. He contributes to teaching and research within the Health Sciences department, focusing on practical applications in laboratory sciences and public health initiatives.
