Paul M Hillier is an Associate Professor in the Communication Department at The University of Tampa. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia (2008), an M.A. from George Washington University (2003), and a B.A. from Eckerd College (2001). Prior to joining UT, he taught at the University of Georgia and received their 2007 Outstanding Teaching Award.
