Paul Fulbright

Dr. Paul Fulbright serves as an Assistant Professor in General Business, Marketing, and Supply Chain at the University of Houston-Downtown. A licensed Texas attorney with dual expertise in business law and engineering, he teaches courses on legal environments, innovation, and business ethics. His academic interests intersect law, technology, and entrepreneurship.
