Christopher Roden

Christopher Roden is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a corporate attorney at ClickUp, a SaaS company in San Diego. His expertise spans intellectual property (IP), commercial contracting, privacy compliance, and trademark registrations. He holds a JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech.

Prof. Roden’s research interests focus on IP law, with practical experience in trademark registrations and advising clients on IP matters. His career includes roles at Patel & Almeida P.C. (a trademark boutique) and JYTLAW, a small business practice. He volunteers as a supervising attorney in the Patent & Trademark Clinic.

Prof. Roden has international experience through Study Abroad programs in Hangzhou, China, and Nice, France. He participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition and led the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society as Vice-President.
