Paul Dillmann

Paul Dillmann is a researcher and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Entrepreneurship within the School of Business and Economics at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. Since December 2024, he has focused on research and teaching in Entrepreneurial Finance, while managing the KTUR² funding project to strengthen trinational collaboration in entrepreneurship.

• Education: M.Sc. in Business Administration (2024) and B.A. in International Business and Social Sciences (2022), both from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.

His research intersects Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Finance, informed by practical expertise in digital transformation at Sysmex Europe GmbH, where he led SAP S/4HANA migrations across multiple subsidiaries. He also contributes to undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Administration.

Scientific accolades include the prestigious Deutschlandstipendium Scholarship (2019–2022), reflecting his commitment to academic excellence.
