Patrick Legros is a Professor of Economics at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), affiliated with ECARES. His research focuses on contract theory, microeconomics, industrial organization, competition policy, and education policy. He holds a dual PhD in Social Sciences (Caltech, 1989) and Analyse et politique économiques (Université de Paris XII, 1985).
